Welcome to AirRide, operated by HaMovil Transportation Services Ltd. ("the Company"). We are committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, and all other applicable law.
Use of the site and/or services constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. Data Collection
2.1 Data you provide: First and last name, pickup/drop-off address, phone number, email address, and booking details (date, time, destination, trip details).
2.2 Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and visit duration – for improving user experience and security.
2.3 Data not stored: The Company does not store credit card numbers. Payment transactions are processed directly by an authorised payment provider in compliance with PCI-DSS.

3. Purpose of Use
Processing and confirming bookings; contacting customers regarding their booking; handling enquiries and complaints; improving services; complying with legal requirements. The Company will not use data for direct marketing without explicit consent, as required by the Israeli Communications Law, 1982.

4. Data Security
The Company implements security measures per the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, including SSL/TLS encryption, access restricted to authorised staff, permissions management, and regular backups. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Sharing with Third Parties
The Company will not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except: service providers acting on its behalf (payment processors, cloud services, partner operators); as required by law or court order; to protect the Company's rights; or with the user's explicit consent.

6. Cookies
The site may use cookies for session management, saving preferences, traffic analysis, and third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics). Cookie settings can be managed through your browser.

7. User Rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), and object to direct marketing. To exercise your rights, contact the Privacy Officer in writing (see section 9).

8. Data Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Financial transaction data will be retained in accordance with accounting and tax law. Upon expiry, data will be securely destroyed.
